Get the studio experience at home! Body & More classes are an athletic fusion of elements from Pilates, yoga, strength training and cardio. Our classes are fun, set to excellent music and designed to strengthen and tone the body. Classes are from 45 to 60 mins in length and vary in intensity. Sign up for the membership and start today!
